Download your own media through Meta’s official export.

Export your own Instagram photos and videos.
Use Meta’s Accounts Center to request an export of your Instagram information. TEWLBOX never asks for your Instagram password.
- Open Instagram, then your profile menu and Accounts Center.
- Choose Your information and permissions, then Export your information (sometimes labeled Download your information).
- Create an export, select your Instagram profile and choose Export to device.
- Choose the date range, media quality, and information you want. Request the export and download it when Meta makes it available.
